Workshop (Free Class)

Come join us for this FREE teaser class. Every month we will be conduction a free class from our many selection of our Body, Mind and Spirit classes. This is a great way to try out something new!

These classes will be live on our social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), Zoom or in person. Depending on each class, they may run anywhere from 10-30min. We will post here and send a newsletter on the type of class, when and what time. So don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter and social media to get notified.
