New students must take “Intro” first within certain classes. If you already have some experience you must contact the studio for approval to by-pass the class. Any of these services can be taken as privates (1:1, semi, group) session to improve on your technique or for a fun event. Book meditation under  Energy Healing.

Hammock Yoga in Chicago

YOGA

Description: performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga, pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus

HAMMOCK YOGA — **NEW!!!**

This class is only offered in a 4-week or 8-week session. Try our 1-day intro to Hammock Yoga. In this class you will learn an intense aerial fitness training program fusing elements of conditioning and HIIT (high intensity interval training) on aerial hammocks.

This is a great class for students who want to learn an effective fitness program designed to strengthen, tone and help with flexibility. No previous experience necessary.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga, also known as Gentle Yoga, targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

PARTNER YOGA — **NEW!!!**

This class involves synchronized yoga practice to achive accelerated stretching with your partner. Partner yoga helps to deepen the impact of posture, improves alignment and balance. It also deepens connection and loads of fun!

Partner yoga may seem intimidating, especially if you’re new to yoga in general. But everyone, from experienced yogis to beginners, can benefit from grabbing a buddy and joining a practice with a partner! Not all transitions are seamless, and things like playfulness, fun and laughter are welcomed. This class is friendly to all genders.

MOMMY/DADDY AND ME YOGA — **NEW!!!**

This class will assist with a child’s physical development by building strength in the muscles and increase flexibility thoughtout the child’s body. Yoga for kids assist in developing a strong immune system and help calm and balance nervous system. Work together for a fun family time and to help develop self-confidence and deep sense of self acceptance by taking this class.

We have different age group classes for your child; Ages 2-5; Ages 5-8; Ages 9-12; Ages 12-17. Please make sure to let us know your childs age. We also offer kids only yoga groups for ages Ages 12-17. All genders welcomed.

MEDITATION

Meditation in Chicago

MEDITATION

Description: training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts for increasing calmness and physical relaxation

We are the 1st and only studio to offer this type of class.

INTRO TO MEDITATON

This is a 1-hour group class but can also be given as a private if requested. This is a great class to learn the basics and how to get started with mediation. You will learn the proper ways to position your body, discuss posture during meditation and breathing awareness. You will learn what is needed and the benefits. We will take you through a relaxation, intention and return process for your first meditation class.

Once you have taken this class, you can continue your meditation with “Meditation Journey”.

MEDITATION JOURNEY

This is a 30-min class group class. In this class we will take you through a mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Each class has a series of mindfullness techniques which may include a theme, a meditation equipment (signing bowls, bells, etc), affirmations and/or activities.

Note: for pregnancy meditation please contact us to add to schedule as this is a specialty class.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS: Must take Intro to Meditation before taking this class.

MEDIATION SERIES (4-WEEKS) — **NEW!!!**

This class is only offered as a 4-week session and comes in Series of 1-6 with levels from beginners to advance. It also includes a Care Package for your series. Each item has been hand selected to go which each week of your meditation classes. The first class is 1 hour and the following three classes are 30 mins.

This is a great series class to learn everything you need to know about mediation. It includes both Intro to Meditation and Meditation Journey. By the end of this series, you will learn different techniques and items you can use to help you meditate. You can use this series to meditate on your own or continue your journey with the next series.

Please note: some items may include perfume or some items may be offensive and/or have controversial materials.

MEDIATION Private

This is a private one-on-one session. Experience personalized meditation sessions designed to address your unique needs and help you release your specific issues. Our expert guidance ensures a transformative journey, with customized techniques tailored just for you. After your session, you’ll receive a shorter, personalized meditation to continue your healing at home, empowering you to maintain your well-being and inner peace.You can use what you learned to meditate on your own or continue your journey with our Meditation Journey classes.

EFT Tapping

THERAPEUTIC MODALITIES

Description: Encompasses a broad range of therapeutic modalities, all of which focus on channeling healing energy into a client’s body

EFT / TFT / EFT Energy

This is a group class but can also be taken as a private. EFT aka ‘Emotional Freedom Technique’ and TFT aka ‘Thought Field Therapy’, is a way to unblock energy fields in your meridian. Just like acupressure, you use pressure points with tapping to redirect the blocked energy flow. By stimulating the meridian points through EFT tapping you can reduce the stress or negative emotion you feel from your issue, ultimately restoring balance to your disrupted energy.

Note: this class can be taken as a private to work on emotional, addictions, phobias, or to heal/ align your chakra energy.
