How do I register?

As a new student to our studio, you would need to fill out all necessary waivers and set up a student profile. Both are in two different systems but the process is simple. There are two ways this can be done. First you can set up your profile in the registration system and when you sign up it will prompt you to fill out the necessary waivers in our other system (providing the links). Or second, contact us and we will email you all the steps you need to get started. The registration system is where you would make payments and schedule/cancel your classes.

Once you are ready head over to the registration system to sign up for your first class.

What times and days are your classes?

We have classes Mon-Sun. You can take a look at our Class Schedule. Schedule changes every month to accommodate for new classes and workshops. Please make sure to keep checking. Contact us if you are looking for a certain time and day.

How do I know if there is still a spot available to register?

If a class is filled, you will see “Waiting List” button. This will put you on the waiting list. When someone cancels, you will be added to class automatically. When you are added, you will be liable for the cost of the class.

Do I purchase my class online?

You can purchase your classes using a credit card on our registration system. Make sure to pay asap. The system will remove you from class within 24 hours if you have not made a payment.

Don’t forget since you did ‘confirm’ the class you are liable for payment. We also accept Venmo, QuickPay/ Zelle. Once payment has been sent, please allow 24-48 hours for your information to be updated within profile.

I purchased online now what?

If you purchased a class and you filled out all waivers, you are signed up. Make sure to view our emails for detailed information about your class. Please add us to your preferred sender list to receive all communications.

The system will not let me sign up for class, why?

You may not have met the requirements for class. Make sure to view the details for requirements. If you have taken a class and you feel you may qualify, email the studio for approval.

Another reason may be that you haven’t filled out your waiver or made a payment. Please check your dashboard you will see a yellow button called “Action Required”.

How do I confirm that I am on the schedule?

You can log into your profile, click on “My Account” and click on “Private Lessons”. You will see all the classes you have signed up for.

When will I get my class Zoom link?

You will receive your online class link 1 hour before class. It’s best to try to get logged on a few minutes before your scheduled meeting to make sure you have a connection.

Please note, the instructor will wait up to 5 minutes for you to log on. After 5 min, the class will be locked and you will not be able to get in. You will forfeit your class.

What are the prices for your class?

You will see prices next to each class in our registration system. Or view pricing under the Classes menu.

Do you have monthly membership or any membership?

We are sorry but we do not have any memberships at this time. We may have it in the near future so stay tuned!

Do you take reservations by phone?

We do not accept registrations over the phone to ensure data accuracy. Please sign up by using our Registration System.

Where are your Private session to purchase?

Private sessions are listed on a different tab. Go to Buy Items under “Private Session” menu tab.

Where can I find Workshops?

You can find Workshops within our drop down menu under “Events”.

I need to purchase multiple classes. How do I do this?

Within our Registration Systems, click on the “+Select” button next to all the classes you would like to take. Go to your shopping cart to purchase all the classes.

My workshop includes a package, how do I find the tracking information?

We will send you an email from the system. If you haven’t received the email, please contact us.
