"I started taking Sonia's pole dance classes remotely shortly after the pandemic started. I didn't know what to expect, but Sonia was very open, understanding, and accommodating. There was one pole class in which Sonia picked up on me not feeling well. She mentioned that she also offered classes that were spiritual and mental health-focused to help with anything that I'm struggling with! To date, I've taken Sonia's EFT, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Introduction to Crystals, among other classes, and they have truly changed my life. I took Sonia's Meditation and Yin Yoga classes and her intuition picked up on my need to connect with my Guardian Angels and be affirmed in some of my doubts. To both of our surprise, she pulled a Guardian Angel card that reassured me to expect and be open to the miracles in my life. This was aligned with an affirmation card that I had created for myself more than 6 months prior! Sonia didn't even know that the card I made existed until after she pulled the Guardian Angel card! We also worked on chakra affirmations, in which Sonia pulled cards relating to my root and sacral chakras. These were unknowingly related to spiritual work we had been previously doing and some of my personal challenges that Sonia didn't even know about. Yin Yoga focused on relaxation and stress relief to unblock my chakras and blessings. After class, I felt ready to continue my spiritual work with clarity and purpose. Sonia has been a key player in my overall growth, and I highly recommend taking any of her classes.
