New students must take “Intro” first within certain classes. If you already have some experience you must contact the studio for approval to by-pass the class. SILKS WITH POLE (FABPOLE / POLESILKS)

SILKS WITH POLE

Description: silks attached to the pole. AKA: FabPole or PoleSilks

We are the 1st and only studio to offer this type of class.

SILKS WITH POLE INTRO

This class is required if you would like to take any of the “Silks with Pole” classes. It is also a great refresher course. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of combing Silks training with Pole training TOGETHER. This class is also known as “FabPole or PoleSilks”.

This is a great class to learn the basic tips on body awareness, conditioning and silk holding. You will learn different hand holds and what works best for you. It’s always best to try them all and continue to work on them even if they are hard. You will be surprised at the results. Once you have learned these hand holds, you will be taught a few basic spins with the guide of the pole to get your feet wet. You can continue your training with “Silks with Pole Journey” before you feel comfortable moving on to “Beginners” or “Tricks”.

SILKS WITH POLE JOURNEY (SERIES)

In this class we will be combing Silks training with Pole training TOGETHER to form a fluid motion spin. This is a continuing class for those who took “Intro”. We will focus on varieties of basic silks spins and transition using variation of silks hand holds excellent for conditioning. This class is also known as “FabPole or PoleSilks”.

This is a great class to learn a variety of silks spins on the different hand holds taught from “Intro” class and how to apply transitions and combinations to those spins. This class will push your strength and pole abilities to the next level. This is a 4 weeks series class with multiple class levels. This is a beginners level class.

SILKS WITH POLE DANCE (BEGINNERS)

In this class we will be combing Silks training with Pole training TOGETHER into a fluid dance performance. This is a continuing class for those who took “Intro” or “Spin”. We will focus on basic spins and transition using variety ofsilks holds into a pole dance routine.

This is a great class to learn spins, transition among spins and combinations of spins only using silks with limit pole support into a dance routine. You’ll learn a few basic spins on the different hand holds taught from “Intro” or “Journey” class and how to apply dance transitions to those spins.

SILKS WITH POLE TRICKS

In this class we will be combing Silks training with Pole training TOGETHER into a single trick. You must have taken at least 4 Silks with Pole “Spins”, “Beginners” or some exposure to “Pole Tricks”. We will be using silks to aid or enhance your pole tricks.

This is a great class for beginners as well as advance pole students. We will focus on using silks for climbs, inverts and tricks with the pole. Silks with Pole is a great spotter when trying to master a pole trick as well as boosting your strength. Never been able to “inverted”? With silks, it can aid you in learning how to finally invert. Always wanted to do the Butterfly but to scared to go upside down? Not only will you have someone spotting you, you also have the silks holding all your weight. You can finally go upside down without worry about your strength… it will come.

POLE DANCE

POLE

Description: combines dance and acrobatics centered on a vertical pole

POLE INTRO

This is a beginner introduction class to Pole. This class is required if you would like to take any of the “Pole” classes.

This class will introduce you to body awareness, body movements, pole spin and pole dance. This class will help you build your confidence in understanding pole for the first time. Great for beginners with no previous experience. All new students who are interest in taking pole must take this class first.

POLE JOURNEY (SERIES)

In this class we will be combing pole spins and floor moves into a fluid pole flow.

This is a great class to learn pole spins, transitions among pole spins and combinations of floor moves. This class will help you build your body and help learn pole movements to move into Pole Tricks L1. This class comes in 4-8 weeks class series. Instructor will recommend which of series is right for you. No previous experience necessary.

POLE DANCE (BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE)

In this class we will be combing pole spins and floor moves into a fluid dance performance. Heels Welcomed.

This is a great class to learn pole spins, transitions among pole spins and combinations of floor moves. This class will apply it all into a dance routine where you can show off what you have learned.

Pole Dance class is great for beignners with no experience.

Pole Dance Intermediate class is a combination of dance, floor moves with pole tricks. You must have Pole Tricks experience.

SPINNING POLE (BEGINNERS)

In this class we will be learning the fundamentals of holding your pole poses on a spinning pole.

This is a great class to learn pole poses into a spinning motion. The dynamics of this class will challenge both beginning and advanced students alike! This class comes in 4-8 weeks class series.

POLE TRICKS (Level 1)

In this class you will familiarize yourself with the pole by learning introductory spins and tricks.

This is a great class for new/beginner students who want to learn how to climb and invert on the pole among other tricks. It is designed to build a solid foundation towards your pole goals.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS: 8 Pole Dance and/or Pole Journey completion of series is required unless you have had pole experience. Contact studio for approval.

POLE TRICKS (Level 2)

In this class you will learn to perfect various spins and tricks in the air. You will also learn how to transition from one trick to the next. You must have taken at least 4 “Pole Trick Level 1” class.

This is a great class for intermediate students who want to learn inverted positions as well as more challenging aerial holds on the pole. We will introduce advance inversions combined with climbing. You will learn more complex pole tricks like Caterpillar, Butterfly and Shoulder Mount.

AERIAL HOOP

Description: a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling

LYRA

This class is only offered as a 4-week session and comes in Series of 1-6 with levels from beginners to advance. In this class you will learn the basic hand grips and mounting. You will learn various balances, beginners poses and spinning moves in and around the hoop.

This is a great class for students who want to learn a new apparatus as well as learn challenging aerial holds to build strength and improve cardiovascular fitness. No previous experience necessary.

LYRAPOP (LOLLIPOP)

This class is only offered as a 4-week session and comes in Series of 1-6 with levels from beginners to advance. LyraPop is a hybrid that combines hoop with pole. The lyra is located on top of the pole creating a lollipop shape. In this class you will learn the basic hand grips and mounting. You will learn various balances, beginners poses and spinning moves in and around the hoop and pole.

This is a great class for students who want to challenge themselves with two apparatus and learn new ways to move with this fun art form.

Description: Specific form of training that gives you a foundation of fitness and flexibility level to prepare you for pole and/or aerial lessons

PST – POLE SUSPENSION TRAINING

This class is offered in an 30 minute session and an 1 hour session. In this class you will learn to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

#PST leverages gravity and your body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Come try our #CreativeConditioning and build your strength! No previous experience necessary.

CONDITIONING

This is a whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness by using a high energy, high impact workout and typically involving a combination of aerobics and toning. In this class you will learn to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability that focuses on arms, abs, and legs. In this class you will use hand weights, Pilates ball and a chair.

This is a great class for students who want to build muscles.This class is friendly to all levels.

ABS CONDITIONING

This class is only offered in an intense 30 minute session. In this class you will learn to develop strength and core stability simultaneously.

This class focuses on upper and lower abs, obliques, and lower back muscles. This class uses Pilates-inspired ab workout allowing for better form as well as strengthen the core more efficiently. No previous experience necessary.

BARRE FIT — **NEW!!!**

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. What makes barre and other workouts different are the isometric movements you usually perform – holding your body still while you contract specific muscles, until you shake and feel the burn!

Students should take this class if they want to see a difference in your body. All genders welcomed. Good for beginners. Equipment required: small balls, resistance bands, and hand weights.

STRETCH AND FLEXIBILITY

This class is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body, which is especially important if your goal is to achieve new tricks! This class focuses on a different area of the body and uses three crucial elements of developing flexibility: dynamic stretching to build full range of motion so you can get into positions with ease, holds to open your body even deeper, and intuitive movement to tune into your body and feel which areas need the most attention.

BOLLYWOOD DANCE — **NEW!!!**

We offer many types of dance styles. But one to make you shake and shimmy is our Bollywood dance. Bollywood dance is the dance-form used in most Indian films. It is a mixture of numerous styles that include belly-dancing, kathak, Indian folk, Western popular, and “modern”, jazz, and even Western erotic dancing. It is extremely fun!

This is a great class to have fun, get loose and learn the basic body awareness while burning calories. Each dance routine has meaningful movements that interact with the lyrics to some extent and moves are paired with each song. Come groove with us to Bollywood!
