WHAT IS EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT TAPPING)?
To create lasting and meaningful change in our lives, we need to address and transform the negative beliefs and patterns rooted in our subconscious. These deep-seated misbeliefs often drive our behavior and hold us back. EFT Tapping is a powerful technique that helps us reprogram these destructive subconscious beliefs, allowing us to make positive and permanent changes.
The basic idea behind EFT is that negative emotions are caused by disruptions in the body’s energy flow. By gently tapping on certain points where energy pathways (meridians) run, we can release negative memories, emotions, and beliefs that are causing these blockages.

Beliefs and memories are stored in the subconscious mind. Our conscious mind is responsible for thinking, making judgments, decisions, and analyzing information. It guides our actions, feelings, and choices based on the beliefs held within the subconscious.
The subconscious is in the first-person, doesn’t hear “NO” and only exist in the present time. So for example… Imagine you repeatedly say to yourself, “I don’t want to be anxious.” While your conscious mind understands this as a desire to avoid anxiety, your subconscious only registers “anxious.” Since the subconscious doesn’t process the word “no,” it focuses on the anxiety and continues to reinforce it, as if you’re saying, “I am anxious.” Additionally, because the subconscious only exists in the present, it acts on that feeling immediately, making you feel anxious in the current moment.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
A tapping statement on your Karate Chop is made up of three parts. It starts with the phrase, ‘Even though,….’ and ends with, ‘I totally and completely accept myself.‘ By affirming self-acceptance, we bring ourselves into the present moment, which is essential for healing to occur.
You then tap in a sequence of patterns to Inner eyebrow, Outer edge of eye, Under eye, Under nose, Chin, End of collar bone, Under arm and Top of head.
