There is a zero tolerance policy for discriminatory behavior based on an individual’s (self) identity. Any form of abusive, disrespectful or discriminatory behavior will result in your removal and inability to continue attending classes at Life Of A Pole Trick Studio. No exceptions.
LifeOfAPoleTrick, its owner and instructors, reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason deemed necessary.
If a student cancels during a fully booked class, the system will register the next person from the waiting list. Please keep a look out with your email and profile. You will be liable for the cost of that class.
If you need to cancel, you must do so within the registration system.
We do not prorate sessions. If you purchase a session after the first week, you may use the additional credits for all classes specific to that session.
Make sure you are receiving our emails and read throughly as important class information is on there. Add our email to your preferred sender list.
All students must fill our a PAR-Q form and sign our waivers before attending classes/events or workshops. If these are not completed and signed correctly, you will be removed from class and moved to another time/day after your waivers have been approved. It is the students responsibility to inform LifeOfAPoleTrick of any changes to their medical condition when they attend each class.
The studio may cancel classes with 3 or fewer people registered, when an instructor cannot teach and a sub cannot be found, and for bad weather. Students will receive an email from the studio and a make-up class will be generated for them to use during the remainder of the term. You will see this notification in our “Announcements” tab.
Our calendar changes every month and are posted by the end of the month for the next month.
Life of a Pole Trick does not warrant that workshops, classes and activities online will be uninterrupted or error-free. As such, if your software and/or internet has a connection failure during training, you will not receive a refund, credit nor transfers.
It has been our experience that nobody wants their class cancelled, so we will always do our best to run classes and workshops whenever possible. There are times however, when weather or other circumstances beyond our control that may cause us to cancel or reschedule class. In these instances please remember we will always have our students best interest in mind. As there are numerous factors that go into cancelling a class, we will contact you with class updates at most two-hours prior to a class start. You are also encouraged to contact us with any questions you may have. Since dealing with question weather conditions is not an easy task, we ask that our students be patient with us while we decide whether or not to cancel a class. If for any reason we need to cancel classes (ie.weather, remodeling, etc.), student will be given the option to reschedule class or obtain a class credit.
Any fitness activity can pose some potential risks to health. To reduce and avoid injury, a doctor should be consulted before beginning any exercise program. Be sure that the area within which you will exercise is appropriate for physical exertion. When you utilize LifeOfAPoleTrick videos and/or participate in virtual classes, you are performing exercises at your own risk. We will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of your participation. If you experience any nausea, shortness of breath, feeling of lightheadedness, irregular heartbeat or other health concerns, cease exercise immediately and seek assistance from a doctor.
The information through the services and classes, is not intended to be medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Instead, it is meant to inspire, educate, and empower students to make their own decisions surrounding health care. The sessions are intended to help integrate the body, mind, and soul, enhance clarity and expression of spirituality. Students should perform their own research and consult with medical professionals before making significant changes to their lifestyle. When you utilize LifeOfAPoleTrick videos and/or participate in virtual classes, you are engaging at your own free-will. We shall have no liability or responsibility for any actions you have taken (or not taken) in connection therewith.
We do not push or have any affiliation with any religious groups, and/or churches. Our sessions no way reference or promote any religion or belief. However, we do believe in a higher power. You are in no way forced to believe, repeat or take part in any sessions & are free to leave the studio at any time.
*Note: All sales are final. No Returns. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check your item before leaving the studio for any holes or issues. Once they leave the studio, there are no refunds or exchanges.
