New Students!

 Feeling a bit lost on where to begin your journey with us?

Let’s guide you on the perfect starting point for your exciting adventure with our studio!

STEP 1

Look over the class descriptions as some classes have requirements. Note that our classes are online, in person as well as privates.

FOR POLE AND AERIAL FITNESS: If you had prior experience, please contact our studio to get an approval. Include in your inquiry what you have learned, your goals and any other information that will be useful for us. You will need to take an assessment to see which level class you can attend. Please note that every studio class level is different and we take our fitness levels serious for your safety.

STEP 2

If you are taking a group class, head to our Registration System to book your class. Before signing up, please ensure that you verify whether the class is scheduled for in-person attendance or online participation. This information will be indicated in both the color chart and the location subject.

For those interested in scheduling a private session, you’ll begin with a Zoom meeting. This allows you and your instructor/practitioner to discuss your requirements, address any queries, and determine the class level or goals. Typically, this initial meeting lasts no more than 15 minutes, unless you have extensive questions.

Now that you’ve dipped your toes into the world of 360 fitness, we wanted to share some exciting next steps that will elevate your experience even further. After you have taken an intro class, the following are options on what you can do next.

  2. Take drop-in classes that are level 1
  3. Take a private to improve your fitness game with personalized training sessions.
