Intro to Pole Workshop!

Come join us for an Intro to pole workshop. Great for beginners with no previous experience!

Always wanted to try pole? Nows the chance! This class will introduce you to body awareness, body movements and pole spin. This class will help you build your confidence in understanding pole for the first time.

If it rains, the workshop will be canceled and rescheduled on a different day.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CLASS

  • Warm-up/Stretching
  • Body movements
  • Basic pole spins
  • Building a routine / Picture time
  • Cool down

WHAT TO BRING

  • REQUIRED: Your own yoga mat, mask and towel.
  • -- Masks will be required to enter but can be removed per your discretion during the class when you are on your own mat.
  • Bring water and grip aids if needed.
  • Bring hand sanitizer but we will also provide.
  • Tank top. Fitted sports shorts. We do NOT recommend yoga pants/ tights. Jean shorts are not acceptable and you will not be able to participate.
  • -- NOTE!!! Come prepared. We are outside so have your fitness clothes and gear ready. Please check in first and we can direct you to the area.
