Come join us for this 90min beginners pole trick workshop. Beginner friendly and tons of fun!

Miss your pole tricks class? Need to get back before you forget? Well this will be a fun workshop to get back on your fitness journey. We will be working on the last tricks you worked on in class. Loss the strength? No worries! We will take it from where you are at.

Prerequisite: Must have taken pole journey/ Dance with us before.
If you took our last pole in the park, you will start where you ended off.

HOW TO REGISTER:
- Fill out our registration form (link below). Note: filling this form does not confirm your spot. - The studio will send you a registration email which will contain a wavier and payment information. - Once you send your waiver and payment, a "Confirmation" email will be sent confirming your spot.

If it rains, the workshop will be canceled and rescheduled on a different day.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CLASS

  • Warm-up/Stretching
  • Conditioning
  • New Tricks according to Level
  • Review tricks and set a sequence.
  • Building a routine / Picture time
  • Cool down

WHAT TO BRING

  • REQUIRED: Your own yoga mat, mask and towel.
  • -- Masks will be required to enter but can be removed per your discretion during the class when you are on your own mat.
  • Bring water and grip aids if needed.
  • Bring hand sanitizer but we will also provide.
  • Tank top. Fitted sports shorts. We do NOT recommend yoga pants/ tights. Jean shorts are not acceptable and you will not be able to participate.
  • -- NOTE!!! Come prepared. We are outside so have your fitness clothes and gear ready. Please check in first and we can direct you to the area.
