Meditation Series

MEDITATION SERIES (4-weeks)

March 7, 14, 21, and 28 Sunday 11:00am

Class meets every Sunday starting March 7 at 11am for 4 classes taught once a week live online and includes a meditation goodie box. The first class is 1 hour and the following three classes are 30 mins. Make sure to sign up 1 week ahead to receive your meditation box as it will be shipped to you. No international shipping; US only.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to meditate and just didn’t know how or where to start? This 4-week series is the class for you. This class will teach you the nuts and bolts of how to meditate. We will provide you all the tools on how to get started and we even go through different meditation techniques to help along the way. You'll learn teachings that you’ll be able to apply right away.

What is this series all about?
Meditation is a practice of mindfulness and breathe work. This can have a profound transformative effect on almost all areas of your life. This meditation series will train attention, awareness and assist you to achieve a mentally clarity and emotional calm. This stable state will help you in all aspects of your life, personal or professional. We will be practicing focused attention, or one-pointed mindfulness meditation that can improve the quality of your attention and bring you increased focus.

HOW TO REGISTER:
- Create your profile and fill out ALL personal information.
- Sign waivers: Online, Holistic and PAR-q. The system will provide instructions on how.
- Sign up for class and make payment right away.

Price: $85 per person ($95 after March 3)

PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay using your credit card within our registration system. Current students can use Venmo (@lifeofapoletrick), QuickPay/ Zelle (lifeofapoletrick@gmail.com). Once payment has been sent, please allow 24-48 hours for your information to be updated within profile.

WAIVER
All students must sign a waiver before attending our workshop. You will need to fill out "Online", "PAR-Q" and "Holistic" wavier. If no waiver is on file, you will not be able to attend class.

Policy of Purchasing and Cancelling
**All sales are final. No refunds, no credit nor transferable. Basically, you forfeit your paid class if you cancel.

WHAT TO BRING

  • An open mind
  • Anything comfortable to wear
  • Yoga mat or blankets, pillows or meditation cushion
  • Create your Zen: Turn off phones and sit somewhere quiet and away from distraction
  • NOTE!!! Come prepared. Bring your meditation box each time to class. Do not use until instructed too. Note: some items may include perfume, or some items may be offensive and/or have controversial materials.
