- Please make sure to review "Terms and Conditions" for our policies in our registration system.
- Make sure to fill out ALL information on your profile. Some classes have age and gender restrictions and will use your profile data to make sure you can attend.
- New students must sign ALL waivers. All waivers are in another system. Follow directions from your profile page. If we do not have a waiver on file, you WILL be canceled from class.
- Payment is due asap. Avoid being automatically canceled from class. Don't forget, once you 'confirm' your class, you are liable for payment.
- Please make sure to check for any class requirements from "More Info". If you do not met those requirements you will not be able to register. If you have taken a class and you feel you may qualify, email the studio for approval.
- Class purchases expire 30days (excludes workshops, series, events). There are no refunds nor transfer of classes.
- A 24hr. cancellation notice is required or the session will be charged in full (forfeit your paid class). Workshop and event cancellation are non-refundable.

FAQS
- What times and days are your classes?
We have classes Mon-Sun. You can take a look at our Class Schedule. Schedule changes every month to accommodate for new classes. Please make sure to keep checking. Contact us if you are looking for a certain time and day.
- How do I know if there is still a spot available to register?
If a class is filled, you will see "Register Interest" button. This will put you on the waiting list. When someone cancels, you will be added to class.
- Do I purchase my class online?
You can purchase your classes using a credit card on our registration system. Make sure to pay asap. The system will remove you from class within 24hours if you have not paid. Don't forget since you did 'confirm' that class you are liable for payment. We also accept Venmo (@lifeofapoletrick), QuickPay/ Zelle (lifeofapoletrick@gmail.com). Once payment has been sent, please allow 24-48 hours for your information to be updated within profile.
- How do I register for class?
We
do not accept registrations over the phone to ensure data accuracy. Please go to our
Registration System. You will need to create an profile. While you are there, please make sure to read the "Terms and Conditions".
- I purchased online now what?
If you purchased class, you are signed up. Make sure to view our emails for detailed information about your class. Please add us to your preferred sender list to receive all communications.
- The system will not let me sign up for class, why?
You may not have met the requirements for class. Make sure to view those under "More Info". If you have taken a class and you feel you may qualify, email the studio for approval.
Another reason may be that you haven't filled out your waiver or made a payment. Please check your dashboard by click on the logo within the registration system.
- Once I confirm that I am schedule, how will I know?
You can log into your profile and click on "Enrolment". You will see all the classes you have signed up for.
- When will I get my class Zoom link?
You will receive your online class link 1 hour before class. It's best to try to get logged on a few minutes before your scheduled meeting to make sure you have a connection. Please note, the instructor will wait up to 5 minutes for you to log on. After 5min, the class will be locked and you will not be able to get in (you forfeit your class).
- What are the prices for your class?
You will see prices next to each class in our registration system.
- Do you have monthly membership or any membership?
We are sorry but we do not have any memberships at this time. We may have it in the future so stay tuned!
- Do you take reservations by phone?
We
do not accept registrations over the phone to ensure data accuracy. Please sign up by using our
Registration System.
- Where are your series classes?
Series classes are on a different page. View them on the
Series menu tab.
Payments, Policy, Procedures
- What type of payments do you accept?
You may pay using your credit card (Visa or MC only) in our registeration system. We also accept Venmo (@lifeofapoletrick), QuickPay/ Zelle (lifeofapoletrick@gmail.com). Once payment has been sent, please allow 24-48 hours for your information to be updated within profile. You can pay with CASH, which can be done after you have established your student profile with us.
- What is your payment and refund policy?
Full payment is required in advance for all services. Refunds or transfers of fees will not be granted under any circumstances. Class purchases expire 30days from purchase.
- How long do I have to use my purchases?
Classes/Class Series/ Punchcards/ Privates are to be used within 1 months*. Some specials may have different expiration dates. Workshop expire the day of the class. Please check "
Terms and Conitions" page for our policies.
- What if I need to cancel my class?
A 24 hr. cancellation notice is required or the session will be charged in full. Are you serious? Yes, we are very serious. If you do not cancel your class in time this may prevent your fellow students from taking your place. If you "late" cancel more than 4 times you will no longer be eligible to take any classes.
- What if I am running late for class?
If you are running late, please text us at our number do not call. If you are more than 5min late, you will NOT be able to participate in class and you will lose your session. No exceptions!! Warm up are very important!
- If I am late to class do i still get a full hour?
No, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
- Can I drink before or during class?
We are sorry but for your safety and the instructor, no drinking is allowed. Only water is allowed. NOTE!!! Please no open bottles or coffee cups in the studio. Your beverage must be in a close non-spill container.
- Is there an age restrictions for pole dancing?
There are class that do have age and gender restrictions so please check "More Info". We do offer some classes with no age restriction, we ask for our younger clients to get parental consent if you are under 18. Parent will need to sign a wavier and provide us their state ID/ drivers license. Over 18+... for workshops, pole parties and events.
- Can my friend or family member come and watch?
Remember these group classes. Although it's great your friends, family, or special person wants to support you, no one else is allowed during your session unless they are a paid student. No exceptions!
- What is your policy on Punch Cards?
You must bring your punch card to each class you are taking. If you do not, you will have to pay full price for the day of the class. You MUST use up all your punch card before your expiration date or you forfeit your classes. You will lose one punch card class if you late cancel.
- What is your policy on Series classes?
You may only retake one missed class and it must be taken on a "MakeUp" class. You can find this on our
class calendar or ask your instructor. Make sure to schedule that day. If you do not schedule your retake class, you forfeit your missed class. No exceptions! No Transfer or refunds!
