This class is required if you would like to take any of the "Silks with Pole" classes. It is also a great refresher course. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of combing Silks training with Pole training TOGETHER. This class is also known as "FabPole or PoleSilks".
This is a great class to learn the basic tips on body awareness, conditioning and silk holding. You will learn different hand holds and what works best for you. It's always best to try them all and continue to work on them even if they are hard. You will be surprised at the results. Once you have learned these hand holds, you will be taught a few basic spins with the guide of the pole to get your feet wet. You can continue your training with "Silks with Pole Spins" before you feel comfortable moving on to "Beginners" or "Tricks".
In this class we will be combing Silks training with Pole training TOGETHER to form a fluid motion spin. This is a continuing class for those who took "Intro". We will focus on varieties of basic silks spins and transition using variation of silks hand holds excellent for conditioning.
This is a great class to learn a variety of silks spins on the different hand holds taught from "Intro" class and how to apply transitions and combinations to those spins. This class will push your strength and pole abilities to the next level.

In this class we will be combing Silks training with Pole training TOGETHER into a fluid dance performance. This is a continuing class for those who took "Intro" or "Spin". We will focus on basic spins and transition using variety ofsilks holds into a pole dance routine.
This is a great class to learn spins, transition among spins and combinations of spins only using silks with limit pole support into a dance routine. You'll learn a few basic spins on the different hand holds taught from "Intro" or "Spin" class and how to apply dance transitions to those spins.

In this class we will be combing Silks training with Pole training TOGETHER into a single trick. You must have taken at least 4 Silks with Pole "Spins", "Beginners" or some exposure to "Pole Tricks". We will be using silks to aid or enhance your pole tricks.
This is a great class for beginners as well as advance pole students. We will focus on using silks for climbs, inverts and tricks with the pole. Silks with Pole is a great spotter when trying to master a pole trick as well as boosting your strength. Never been able to "inverted"? With silks, it can aid you in learning how to finally invert. Always wanted to do the Butterfly but to scared to go upside down? Not only will you have someone spotting you, you also have the silks holding all your weight. You can finally go upside down without worry about your strength... it will come.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS: 10 PoleSilks Spins or Dance classes must be taken before taking this class.

In this class we will be combing pole spins and floor moves into a fluid dance performance.
This is a great class to learn pole spins, transitions among pole spins and combinations of floor moves. This class will apply it all into a dance routine where you can show off what you have learned. No previous experience necessary.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS: Pole Intro must be taken before taking this class.
In this class we will be learning the fundamentals of holding your pole tricks on a spinning pole.
This is a great class to learn pole tricks and poses into a spinning motion. The dynamics of this class will challenge both beginning and advanced students alike! Must take Pole Intro before taking this class.

In this class you will familiarize yourself with the pole by learning introductory spins and tricks.
This is a great class for new/beginner students who want to learn how to climb and invert on the pole among other tricks. It is designed to build a solid foundation towards your pole goals.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS: 10 Pole Dance and/or Pole Journey is required unless you have had pole experience. Contact studio for approval.
In this class you will learn to perfect various spins and tricks in the air. You will also learn how to transition from one trick to the next. You must have taken at least 4 "Pole Trick Level 1" class.
This is a great class for intermediate students who want to learn inverted positions as well as more challenging aerial holds on the pole. We will introduce advance inversions combined with climbing. You will learn more complex pole tricks like Caterpillar, Butterfly and Shoulder Mount.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS: You must pass LOAPT Pole Tricks Level 1 before taking this class. If you have pole tricks experience please contact studio for approval.
Description: a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling
This class is only offered in a 4-week or 8-week session. In this class you will learn the basic hand grips and mounting. You will learn various balances, beginners poses and spinning moves in and around the hoop.
This is a great class for students who want to learn a new apparatus as well as learn challenging aerial holds to build strength.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS: Lyra Intro must be taken before taking this class.

We offer many types of dance styles. But one to make you shake and shimmy is our Bollywood dance. Bollywood dance is the dance-form used in most Indian films. It is a mixture of numerous styles that include belly-dancing, kathak, Indian folk, Western popular, and "modern", jazz, and even Western erotic dancing. It is extremely fun!
This is a great class to have fun, get loose and learn the basic body awareness while burning calories. Each dance routine has meaningful movements that interact with the lyrics to some extent and moves are paired with each song. Come groove with us to Bollywood!
